My fiance Victoria and I just bought a used 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Not even 2 months later the torque converter went and destroyed a few other main components of the transmission. We were referred to This shop by my uncle that owns his own automotive shop and said that Vince's is the only place he trusts sending his customers transmissions. We took his advice and called Vince's and they said to bring the car in Monday morning. We got the car towed to the shop and I wanna say that Lance from Vince's (the office guy) literally kept us updated the entire time the car was being worked on. He probably called us about every other day just to keep us in the loop. Which I thought was awesome. I have bad anxiety so that definitely helped. We just picked the car up today and it feels brand new. So I just wanna say thank you for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT WORK. I was sent to Vince by my mechanic to look for a potential problem. Being handicapped I'll admit it's harder to deal with me than most. You wouldn't have known that from Vince though. The man literally stopped what he was doing, came over, asked me several questions about how the vehicle was operating. The next thing I knew we were off on an extended drive for him to test it and feel it himself. After which he popped the hood, checked out several things and reported back that all seemed good to him. Boy, was I relieved.

After all, I'm an over 70 year old woman so he could have told me anything. An honest mechanic!!! Hear me ladies!!!

Spending the time that he had, naturally I inquired as to what I owed him. His response was we were all set. I don't know if you read these or not, Vince, but if you do, thank you for your honesty and for your kindness.

Anyone needing trans work, I'd have to say this is the place to go. Besides being honest, remember what I said when I started this. My mechanic sent me to him. So you know his work is top shelf too.

Great people and service! You always think the worst when dealing with transmission issues but he found the minor problem quickly and took care of it and was ready for pickup on the same day! If you got transmission issues this is the place to go

Vince's is the most honest and professional transmission shop in the city. I have a 2014 Town and Country van and the pump started whining but the transmission was running fine. I called another shop and asked how much to change a pump and they said I needed a full rebuild for $3,500. I called Vince's and explained the problem and asked how much to change the pump and Vince's said I just need a filter and fluids change for $250. The job was complete in one day and the van is running fine.

These guys are great. They had the parts in stock to fix a leak in my TH 200-4R. Knew immediately what went bad. I was in and out. I'd definitely recommend them if you have an older car.

Would recommend Vince to anyone. Dropped my wife's 04 Jeep off and 2 days later it was fixed, good as new. Price very reasonable.

My Tahoe decided to lose both 3rd and overdrive on my way home from the shore. I dropped my truck off to Vince bc of the great reputation he has in the community. Vince had diagnosed it, took it out off the truck, rebuilt it and reinstalled it with a few days. Pricing was way beyond fair judging on what a remmaned unit would have costed plus labor. I would not hesitate to send anyone to Vinces. He has earned all my business from here on out.

Vince's was recommended to me and I thought I needed something fairly minor done, turns out it was a much bigger project and I needed a new transmission! (which I did get a second and third opinion on, to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of). Vince and the team were so nice and really took the time to get the job done right. I bought a conversion van with over 100,000 miles for $1,100.00. My car had just been stolen, and I needed wheels for my growing family. I knew former owner and he bought a new conversion van because he thought this one was about to need an expensive transmission repair or replacement because it had been leaking for months. I took it to Vince's and he said all I needed was a washer that would stop the leak. All he charged me was $15 for his time putting it on the lift and popping the washer in. That van lasted me another four and a half years. I've sent my daughter, two of my brothers, a coworker, my brother-in-law, and numerous others to Vince. He always takes care of the problem, and charges you for that, and nothing else. A true gentleman.

This is my very first time writing a review for anyone whom I’ve done business with and I have to say, “Vincent’s Transmissions” came highly recommended by the staff at MCM automotive in Bensalem, Pa.
That being said, I am a true advocate of preventive maintenance, repair it right the first time. I also like to maintain my vehicles with local shops that I’ve known for years. I trust their opinions and judgments with the maintenance and safety of my vehicles.

In going out of my comfort zone, I was driving by a nationally known chain “AAMCO” and decided to have the Transmission fluid checked, with 140,000 miles on the truck it needed to be changed. They assured me that they would perform a power flush and check the transmission for codes.
They found no codes and proceeded with the fluid change w/ filter. As I was leaving the lot I lost all power soon after that it slammed into gear, I drove back in and reported the issue. Their response was a fluke and not to worry. The very next day, I stopped at a light, again I lost power. Again I reported it to AAMCO, they said I might need a transmission.

In the weeks that followed it would happen now and then, so I decided to stop by some local Transmission Shops. I went to 4 shops in the local area, and being salesmen they all recommended a transmission. Out of frustration I asked the staff at MCM Automotive, they sent me to Vincent’s, where he drove the truck and within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was, he dropped the Trans Pan and found that the “O-RINGS” on the filter were not installed.

I want to thank Vincent and his staff for taking the time and doing what they do best, customer satisfaction and service.

PS: By the way I got my money back from AAMCO, and sent a letter to the Corp. Office demanding that they will repair any transmission issues within 12k miles.
